How we do it.

As soon as plastic materials arrive on site they are sorted by our dedicated operations team for granulation. It is then converted into flake using our proprietary process by machines capable of shredding any size materials from industrial and commercial facilities.

After granulation, uniquely designed sortation machines adequately remove any contaminants and separate all granulated materials on-site at our state-of-the-art facility in Limerick. Our expert operations team separate all types of plastics into pure plastic streams via our cutting-edge, environmentally friendly process.

At this stage, the polymers are ready for compounding or injection moulding. The result is recovered, pure plastic pellets suitable for reuse and resale within the plastics manufacturing industry for an array of high-end applications!
